TAX ON SALES, USE, AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS View Entire Chapter F.S. 212.1835 212.1835 Disposition of revenues from the “Florida Ecosystem Management Trust Fund.” — (1) The Florida Ecosystem Management Trust Fund is hereby created within the Department of Environmental Protection. This trust fund shall be used to fund ecosystem management and restoration activities in accordance with s. 403.7095 (2) The department may use up to 10 percent of the funds in this trust fund for the purpose of administering this section and s. 403.7095 (3) The department may use up to 25 percent of the funds in this trust fund for administrative costs associated with ecosystem management and restoration projects funded by this trust fund. (4) Any funds remaining in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of this section and s. 403.7095 History. — s. 1, ch. 2000-170; ss. 3, 4, ch. 2000-308; s. 2, ch. 2006-255.
